Trailhead Partners with the National Network of Public Health Institutes (NNPHI) to Advance Administrative Equity

Trailhead has received a subgrant with NNPHI to provide technical assistance to local and state health department recipients of the federal Strengthening Public Health Systems and Services Through National Partnerships to Improve and Protect the Nation’s Health award.

In this capacity, Trailhead will share, support, and co-develop best practices around administrative equity with other TA providers, including public health institutes across the country. This includes the equitable approach to all aspects of administration such as finance, contracts, project management, and human resources. Through this work, we aim to promote efficient policies and practices that place people at the center and, in so doing, enable organizations and systems to thrive.
