Trainee MOU Agreement

We appreciate your interest in the HRSA Community Health Worker (CHW) Training Program. Developing CHW capabilities and skills is a valuable approach for building your career pathway in public health.

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) CHW Training Program, a multiyear, national initiative, supports training and apprenticeship efforts for an estimated 13,000 community health workers nationwide, 240 of which will be in Colorado. These training efforts are being led by Trailhead Institute, the Patient Navigator and Community Health Worker Training Collaborative, and the Alliance of Colorado Community Health Workers, Patient Navigators, and Promotores de Salud.
