Cynthia Farrar (She/Her)

Cynthia Farrar is a Regional Health Connector (RHC) serving Jefferson County that makes up Region 21 of Colorado’s Health Statistics Regions. She is hosted by Jefferson County Public Health.

Cynthia Farrar is working to identify opportunities to increase awareness of mental health and social connectedness as drivers of healthy aging in Jefferson County. Hosted by Jefferson County Public Health, this RHC strengthens and builds more effective networks with organizations such as Jefferson County Council on Aging, Seniors’ Resource Center, and the Jefferson County Suicide Prevention Coalition. Other RHC projects in this region include a monthly newsletter Connecting Dots, clinical community linkages, as well as tax filing and earned income tax credit outreach and education.
